JYN2-10 movable AC metal switchgear

1、 Overview

Jyn2-10 movable AC metal switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is used for AC 50Hz rated voltage 3 ~ 10kV single bus system. The maximum rated current is 2500A, and the rated breaking current and power consumption in the plant are up to 31.5KA. As the main cabinet for controlling the generator, power receiving and feeding in the substation and power consumption in the plant, it is also suitable for the starting and protection of large AC high-voltage motors in various industrial and mining enterprises.

2、 Structure introduction

The structure of the switch cabinet is formed by bending and welding steel plates. Its overall dimensions are shown in the figure. The whole cabinet is composed of a fixed shell (hereinafter referred to as the shell) and a removable part equipped with rollers (hereinafter referred to as the handcart).

The shell is divided into four parts: handcart room, bus room, cable room and relay instrument room by steel plate or insulating plate to make metal enclosed bay type switchgear.

The front upper part of the shell is the relay instrument room. The front door of the relay instrument room can be equipped with secondary elements such as indicating instruments, operating switches, signal relays, buttons and signal lamps. The rocker type relays are installed in the room. The relays are of convex plate rear wiring type; The top of the room can be equipped with 15 way small bus, the bottom is the secondary socket and terminal strip, the left side of the bottom is the secondary cable inlet hole, and the cable is connected to the relay instrument room along the left side.

3、 Normal operating environment

a. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m*;

b. The ambient temperature is not higher than +40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃;

c. The relative humidity is not more than 90% (+25 ℃);

d. Places without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration;

e. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

*Places with an altitude of more than 1000m shall be treated according to gb311.1

f. It is allowed to store and transport at -30 ℃.
