Product overview and scope of application:

Kyn28-12 armored mid mounted AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new product designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad. It can replace all kinds of old metal enclosed switchgear, such as kyn1-12, kyn2-12 and other series products.

Its products have the following obvious advantages:

◆ the shell of the product is completely assembled by bolts after multiple bending of aluminum-zinc coated steel plate processed by CNC machine tool, which has high mechanical strength and effectively ensures the tidiness and beauty of the product. The cabinet door is coated with plastic spraying, which has strong corrosion resistance. The product shell has IP4X protection grade. (it can be changed to iron plate according to customer needs).

◆ the main switch of this product can be equipped with VD4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker and C3 series fixed load switch produced by ABB. At the same time, it can also be equipped with a variety of domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1) to replace similar foreign products.

◆ no matter what circuit breaker is selected, the air insulation distance of its bare conductor can be ensured to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation is greater than 60mm. The circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long service life, high performance, less maintenance and small volume.

◆ kyn28-12 armored mid mounted AC metal enclosed switchgear is applicable to 3.6-12kv three-phase AC 50Hz power grid to receive and distribute electric energy and control, detect and protect electrical appliances. It can be used for single bus, single bus sectioning system or double bus system. The switchgear meets the requirements of IEC298 AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment with rated voltage above 1kV and below 52kv, iec694 common terms for high voltage switchgear and control equipment, dia04 ordering conditions for AC switchgear with rated voltage above 1kV, German DIN and vde0670 AC switchgear with rated voltage above 1kV and other standards. It has perfect and reliable anti misoperation function.

Normal service conditions:

◆ ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 ℃, lower limit - 10 ℃;

◆ relative humidity: the daily average value shall not be greater than 95%, and the monthly average value shall not be greater than 90%;

◆ altitude: no more than 1000m (if it is used in areas above 1000m, it shall be handled according to the technical requirements specified in JB / z102);

◆ seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

◆ no fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
