Product overview and scope of application:

MNS series low-voltage draw out switchgear is an assembled low-voltage switchgear device, and its technical standards comply with iec439 and relevant standards.

MNS series low voltage switchgear includes fixed structure and drawer structure. The drawer is of steel plate structure and plastic structure. The technical level of the latter has reached the international advanced level of 80 years.

MNS series can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution, and can be widely used in power distribution systems of various industrial and mining enterprises, such as power plants, nuclear power plants, marine, oil fields, mines, etc.

Switch cabinet type:

Power distribution center cabinet (PC) can select various domestic or imported series of intelligent circuit breakers. Motor control center cabinet (MCC) is assembled by large and small drawers, and the main switch of each circuit adopts high breaking molded case circuit breaker. The power factor automatic compensation cabinet adopts rotary load switch with fuse.

◆ maximum working current of main bus: 5500a (IP00) 4700a (IP30);

◆ short time (1s) withstand current of main bus: 100kA;

◆ peak withstand current of main bus: 250kA;

◆ maximum working current of distribution bus: 1000A;

◆ peak withstand current of distribution bus: standard type 90ka, reinforced type 130KA;

◆ protection grade: comply with c529 and din40050 standards (the manufacturer shall be consulted when ordering IP54 protection grade).

Drawer type:

There are five standard sizes, all based on 8e (200mm) height

◆ 8e / 4: assemble 4 drawer units in 8e height space;

◆ 8e / 2: assemble 2 drawer units in 8e height space;

◆ 8e: assemble 1 drawer unit in 8e height space;

◆ 16e: assemble a drawer unit in the 16e height space;

◆ 24E: assemble a drawer unit in the 24E height space;

The five drawer units can be assembled in a single cabinet or in combination.
